Quality Policy

We incorporate materials according to our technical standards, which ensure:

We offer a wide selection of indoor and outdoor blinds—available in various dimensions, shapes, and colors—to meet customer requirements. Our products are serviced by our own service team.

  • Our policy regarding delivery deadlines is that a given word is a binding commitment.

  • We establish long-term relationships with our suppliers and customers.

  • We offer customers high-quality products, fulfill our promises, adhere to agreed deadlines, and build trust.

  • Our pricing is competitive in relation to the quality of our products.

  • We keep our suppliers informed about market conditions, competition, material quality, and any complaints related to the materials they provide us.

  • We also establish long-term relationships with our employees. We offer them social security, incentivized rewards, and foster respectful relationships, which we also reinforce through activities outside of work obligations, such as team-building events, picnics, and various gatherings.

  • From our employees, we expect: commitment to the company, loyalty, teamwork, cooperation, and respectful behavior toward colleagues and management.

  • An individual who does not respect our rules is first given a warning. If they show no interest in improving their conduct, they are removed from the team.

  • We ensure a suitable working environment, which contributes to well-being in the workplace.

Our quality policy is the result of contextual analysis (see P-05-00-02 Analyses and Plans) and strategic directions.

The management is committed to the continuous improvement of the quality management system and informing employees about the quality policy. It monitors work processes and considers employees' suggestions for various improvements.

The policy is made available in an appropriate manner to all interested parties.
