For existing constructions, front-mounted roller shutters are the right solution as they allow the installation of roller shutters without major construction interventions. The front-mounted system is mounted on the outside of the window, which means that the box on the facade is visible. Installation is simple and quick. You can choose from many different colours of boxes, guide rails and curtain slats and thus influence the external appearance of the facility.

It consists of 37 mm wide, aluminium slats filled with polyurethane foam. Foam filling in slats contributes to better energy efficiency of the room. The slats are available in different colours.

Roller shutters can be operated manually using a machine that allows easy rising and lowering of the roller shutters. Electric operation offers greater comfort as it allows you to rise and lower the roller shutters with a switch or remote control.

Smart home

TEHROL system provides complete automation of roller shutter operation. With the help of sensors, the blinds adapt to weather conditions such as wind and sun. Roller shutters can also be operated via smartphone or tablet, thus allowing remote control. A program timer is also available, which operates the roller shutters automatically according to the specified time schedule.

The motors are powered by a solar panel, which is mounted on the outer box of the roller shutter or via the mains connection. The integrated solar cell effectively charges the battery, thus ensuring flawless operation of the blinds. One of the main advantages of these roller shutters is that their box, which is visible on the facade, can aesthetically coincide with the existing appearance of the facility. The box, guide rails and other aluminium parts can be painted in different colours that are harmonised with the colour scheme and design of the facility.

To ensure proper installation, it is important that the dimensions of the roller shutter are accurate, so each roller shutter is measured and made individually. First, the exact dimensions of the window are taken, from the facade to the facade and from the window sill to the top of the window fixture. These dimensions are crucial to ensure that the roller shutters fit properly. Based on these dimensions, a custom roller shutter is made in production. Then, depending on the already completed facility, the roller shutter box is adjusted and installed on the guide rails. When the box is properly installed, the entire roller shutter system is attached to the window. This part of the assembly is crucial to ensure that the roller shutters work properly and flawlessly.

There are four forms of front-mounted roller shutter boxes available: 45-degree, 90-degree, semi-circular and round. The difference between shapes is primarily visual. Boxes with angles of 45 and 90 degrees are more rectangular in shape with sharp edges, while semi-circular and round boxes are more rounded in shape without pronounced edges. All four types of boxes are available in different colours.

Front-mounted roller shutters are designed for easy maintenance. Our roller shutters are powder coated and weather resistant. In order to maintain their appearance and functionality, we recommend regular cleaning of the roller shutters. This can be easily done with a cloth and mild detergent and water. Be careful to remove any dirt and dust. We also recommend regular control and maintenance of the roller shutters.
